About Us
We are a small friendly church with many links to our wider community, and a strong sense of social responsibility.
This year we are joining with other Kingston churches to raise money for water projects in Sierra Leone through Christian Aid.
In 2011-12 we will be a venue again for Kingston's winter night shelter for the homeless, when we are the duty church on Tuesday nights through from December to mid-January.
During the UN Copenhagen
Summit on Climate Change
we took up the idea of the
World Council of Churches
and rang our bell 350 times.
350 is the number of
parts per million the poorer
nations think should be the
maximum permitted for
CO2 emissions!
As part of our support for Christian Aid we have regularly done our own sponsored walk.
Here's the start
of our sponsored walk
for Christian Aid
in Kingston
and the finish
at Hampton Court.
